1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sacred Treks Nepal website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site.
2. Booking and Payments
• Deposit: A refundable deposit (applicable till 3 days before the trip) of 40% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the trek starts.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 3 days before the trip will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made after 3 days of the trip are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be provided for unused services or missed days during the trek.
4. Travel Insurance
All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and theft.
5. Health and Safety
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the trek.
• Sacred Treks Nepal reserves the right to cancel or modify the trek if a participant’s health endangers themselves or others.
6. Changes to Itinerary
• Sacred Treks Nepal reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, political instability, or natural disasters.
• Additional costs incurred due to such changes will be the responsibility of the client.
7. Liability
• Sacred Treks Nepal is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss of belongings, or any unforeseen events beyond our control.
• We act as an agent for third-party service providers and cannot guarantee their performance.
8. Prohibited Activities
• Clients must comply with Nepalese laws and regulations during their trip.
• Engaging in illegal or disrespectful activities is grounds for immediate removal from the trek without a refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Sacred Treks Nepal and may not be used without permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Nepalese law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nepal.
